The terms and conditions set out below including the payment and delivery terms apply in the version according to the date of your order. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

All prices are given in EURO. Find the delivery prices at the checkout. The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment went was accepted. It might occur, that we do not have all items in stock. Please take into account that we work with very limited amounts. We will immediately process your order as soon as we get the exact amount of money including shipping costs. The items will be send via parcel service.
1. Validaty of the terms and condtions
We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the district court Charlottenburg (or) as well as the German law.
2. Supply and conclusion of contract
Our pricelist, brochures and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
3. Delivery conditions and delays
The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
4. Prices and payment conditions
All prices are given in EURO. Vat is included and is depending on the supplying country. shipping and package costs will be added. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by stripe. If the delivery address lies outside of Germany, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.
5. Returns
All articles will be controlled by studiowinkler.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, including all packaging and with traces of use. The customer will bare all shipping cost for returns and exchanges, as well as the payment fee from the checkout payments.
The return of sales will be rejected, if:
There are traces of use.
The product is returned without the original packaging and manuals.
The goods are damaged due to transportation.

No costs will be covered in the event that the item goes missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. We do not refound costs for shipping and customs.
6. Liability
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with German law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.
7. Privacy policy

8. Final provision
Jurisdiction lies within the district court of Charlottenburg. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. German law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavour to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. studiowinkler reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
